Living Impact: Elos Study and Methodology
How the GSA transforms people, bonds, and communities around the world.

We are experiencing a global and silent crisis: loneliness, mistrust, anxiety, profound apathy, and lack of prepared leadership.
These symptoms weaken both people's lives and our collective capacity to face challenges - in territories, companies, or in our personal lives.

We believe that the Elos Methodology can be a resource and a solution for this fragmented and apathetic world. We've been training people and collecting impactful stories for 26 years.
This study confirms in data what we saw in the field: the Elos Methodology strengthens the potential of individuals, teaches how to weave communities, dispels polarizations, and revives the capacity to dream and achieve collectively.

“I highlight the affection and the appreciative look. Affection creates connection with other people and invites care; an appreciative eye trains our gaze to go beyond the superficial. We began to see the best in someone or somewhere, without forgetting the importance of celebrating achievements and unity. It was an impactful experience.”
